Lilac Joinery

Lilac Joinery can be found at the Markeaton Park Craft Village in Derby. It's run by joiner Richard Henderson, a woodwork expert time-served since the age of 15, who has specialised in the trade since 1970.

Richard specialises in gates and garden furniture, particularly in summer houses and childrens playhouses. His work is of the highest quality and always exhibits that 'personal pride' as expected from custom, hand-made woodwork.

The Kings Castle

Item shown is made to order, the size is 5ft square at the bottom, projecting out to 7ft square at the top. A flight of stairs leads up through a trapdoor at the rear to allow children to play on the top. Made from 18mm exterior ply with mineral felted upper play area and toughened glass. Price includes local delivery and assembly other sizes or adaptations on request.

Treetops Climbing Frame

Item shown is 7ft sqaure by 9ft 6 inches high. Made from 4 inch square pressure treated timber with 18mm exterior ply inner floor. The roof is mineral felted to keep the inside dry, ladders to front and rear allow dual access to upper level. Other sizes or adaptations are available on request for this item. Price includes local delivery and assembly.
